Constitution
& By-Laws
This committee
composes and receives all proposed amendments to
the Constitution and By-laws of the
Association. Proposed amendments are submitted
for action to the voting body of the Association
in accordance with provisions for amendments in
these By-laws.

Educational Grants (Scholarship)
This committee determines which students
receive a SHSAA, Inc. scholarship. The
committee includes a National Chairperson, who
is an alumnus of Sampson or Clinton High School,
a co-chairperson, and a chapter representative
from each of the active chapters.

Nomination/Election
This Committee
prepares a slate of officers consisting of one
or more names for each office to be filled
and of names who have consented to serve if
elected. This Committee also presents the
slate of officers at the appropriate or planned
time during the Annual Reunion.
Additional duties include the facilitation of
the selection of the Ram Recognition Award Recipient.
