SHSAA, Inc. Executive Board

National Executive Board of the Sampson High School Alumni Association, Inc. is comprised of 8 elected officers, all 11 Chapter Presidents , and a representative from each chapter. The chapter representative is chosen by either the chapter president or the chapter members to represent the chapter on the Executive Board and may be a different person for each board meeting and normally is not named until the time for the meeting. 

The elected officer positions are President, Vice-President, Recording Secretary, Treasurer, Financial Secretary, Corresponding Secretary, Business Manager, and Parliamentarian & Sergeant-At-Arms.

The elected officers hold their position for a two-year period but may not serve in the position for more than two 2-year periods, consecutively.
